Current Inaugrual Releases

To be released in August 2025, I have created two wines. A Sangiovese / Cabernet blend from the 2024 vintage and a Roussane, Riesling & Semillon Blend from the 2025 vintage.

I wanted to create the Sangiovese & Cabernet Blend because my love for Sangiovese runs deep, alongside being a Tannin Lover I knew that the structure provided by the Cabernet Sauvingon would be a no brainer.

Alongside this, I wanted to release a White blend. Some of the first varieties I had a huge interest in was Semillon, thus it was important to for this to be apart of the blend. Semillon was Co-fermented alongside Riesling and Roussane. Riesling due to its high aromatic potential and Roussane for some weight and texture. Skin contact was used during the fermentation to aid in aromatic exctraction and pallate weight .
